The keyperson system at Pelican aims to ensure personal attention is given to the needs and development of each individual child and family.

The role of the keyperson is to:

• Assist your child's settling into the Centre
• Act as a point of contact between home and the Centre
• Help towards a continuity of experience during your child’s time at Pelican
• Help build up positive relationships with parents
  

Problems or concerns can often be easily solved – please tell us about any you may have, we will do everything we can to help. We are also very happy to discuss any suggestions, offers of help or ideas that you may have about the Centre. your child's keyperson will be happy to discuss them with you.
