The Centre is run as a charity by a board of Trustees who have experience of caring for children and working in a community environment. Parents make up a majority of the Trustees but we are always on the look out for others to join the board and help run the Centre.

The Centre has a dedicated childcare manager who co-ordinates the childcare and each department has a leader to ensure it's smooth running.

Our friendly, highly trained staff are focused on providing an atmosphere of "learning through play". They strive to ensure your child develops as an individual while helping to nurture and encourage learning through discovery and enjoyment. Not only do we offer education through creativity and play but pride ourselves in understanding the importance of instilling confidence and enthusiasm from an early age.

All of the staff receive up to date training for their posts and are CRB checked. We have a member of our team currently completing the Early Years Foundation Degree. 

We work with many training organisations to offer the best quality training to the staff and at the moment we have staff interested in working towards the Early years Foundation Degree. Also a Level 4 in CCLD who is our Child Protection Officer. Our SENCO has 8 years experience of working with children with additional needs and has trained in BSL and has started her courses in Elklan and CAF. Within existing staff there are 4 members working towards their CCLD level 3.
